Battalion Leader Training

Sept 20th-21st, 2019

Register and Pay
"I've been a Lieutenant for years and have never quite known what I was supposed to be doing. This was really helpful and  hope we do it again." ~Battalion Leader
Effective Battalion ministry requires consistent attention and cultivation of a diverse set of skills. Even salty old leaders who have bled green for decades need to grow and refresh why we serve and how to do it well.

Come join us for this second annual Battalion leaders training for battalion men and young men. It is a great time of training as well as connecting with fellow Battalion folks.

This event is for Men (Lieutenants) and young men in leadership ("non-comms")

We will be going over how to effectively execute the different roles within a Battalion as well as best practices:

How do I effectively execute my role as:
  • Captain
  • Lieutenant
  • Sergeant
  • Corporal
  • Lance Corporal
Last year we also covered:
  • Creating a unit culture
  • Course correction
  • Qualities of Christian Leadership (what it looks like and doesn't look like)

What do you want to cover this year? Fill out the survey and let us know!
